The Gene Extract is a collection of genome-wide transcriptional expression data from mice adipose cells selected by various mechanisms.

This web interface provides access to the current version (build 01) of Gene Extract which contains more than 450 expression profiles for more than 22000 probes. It is designed to allow biologists, pharmacologists, chemists and clinical scientists to use basic tools without the need for any specialist ability in the analysis of gene-expression data.
