SNP Data Retrieval and Filtering

Problem Addressed

We have genotype hundreds of different mouse strains, but perhaps you are interested in a mere subset for you own use. Moreover, you may only only care about markers that are informative among your subset. You might also desire to reduce a long sequence of markers with the same strain diversity pattern to a single representative marker.

This online tool allows you to retrieve and filter genotype data subsets. You can specify the format and fields in the output file, the subset of strains and chromosomes that you want included, and a number of special filters to select the appropriate markers that you desire. In addition to the graphical user interface, a web-based API is also available for this tool which allows you to programmatically send queries and retrieve data.
