Strain Sequence Identity Interval Viewer

Strain Sequence Identity (SSI) Interval Viewer is a web application that allows the user to choose a subset of mice strains from the list. When the “Compute Sequence Identity” button is clicked, the image at the bottom of the page will be updated to display all sequence identity intervals that include all strains that were selected. If no strains were selected, then all sequence identity intervals will be displayed. If the “Save File” button is clicked, a .csv file will be created and available for download including all sequence identity intervals that contain the selected mouse subset.

This tool has been built using two data sets; one is the 74 strains from the Center of Genome Dynamics data from prior to February 2009. The other data set is an updated version of this data. You can access this tool at http://compgen.unc.edu/DisplayIntervals/.

A newer version of this tool, based on a different data representation is now available at http://compgen.unc.edu/SIIntervals/.
